The Water Buffalo is the fulfilment of a longheld and heartfelt dream for husband and wife team (and co-founders) Chris & Jenny Riley. Jenny, a qualified patisserie chef with years of culinary experience, heads up the kitchen whilst Chris, an award winning home brewer, is fulfilling his life ambition to open a nano brewery serving British style real ales on hand pump. The Riley family lives locally in Pui O and is committed to serving the community with quality food and drink at affordable prices in clean and hygienic conditions and supports local conservation and sustainability initiatives.
